Mindfulness is a term used often in the wellness field. Many people want to be mindful but find it escapes them especially during times that challenge us. In this mini REBOOT our expert coaches will introduce new ways to look at mindfulness and how to be mindful in challenging or stressful situations through inspiring experiential exercises all while incorporating the beautiful outdoors and physical movement. You will leave your one day camp very mindful of how rested, recharged and rebooted you feel.
Included in this Reboot Workshop:
- 1.5 hours of life coaching and experiental learning
- 1 hour mindful interval based workout with rolling and mobility
