CANCELLATION POLICY

DEFINITIONS

“Cancellation” is defined as not being able to attend your scheduled camp for any reason or not making your final payment.
“You/Your” refers to the guest booking a REBOOT Wellness Camp.
“We” refers to REBOOT Wellness Camps Inc.

We wish we could compensate you in full for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but please understand we have already incurred costs when reserving retreat centres or hotels, activities, and excursions. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the unfortunately event you cannot attend your camp. By purchasing your spot at our camps, you are agreeing to our cancellation and refund policy outlined below.

Non-refundable portion. All prices are per/person and include a non-refundable portion of $150 that will be withheld in the event of any cancellation requiring a refund.

Transferring your spot. We do allow you to transfer your ticket to someone else if necessary. You must notify us 45 days prior to the start of the camp after that timeframe no transfers will be accepted. There will be a $50 transfer processing fee. In addition, the new individual must be able to take your same accommodation. We are not responsible for transferring of any travel to and from the camp or any transfers/refunds of excursions booked outside of what is included in the camp.

Cancelling your spot. All cancellations must be made in writing to info@rebootwellnesscamps.com providing the camp location, date and reason for the cancellation request.

If cancellation takes place more than 90 days prior to your camp date a refund of any payments minus your non-refundable portion of $150 will be made.

If cancellation takes place between 60-90 days prior to your camp date, the initial 50% deposit of the purchase price will be forfeited.

If cancellation takes place less than 60 days prior to your camp date, 100% of the purchase price will be forfeited.

**We get it, sometimes sh*t happens. One of our core values is people. If we are able to fill your spot we will gladly refund your purchase price minus your non-refundable portion of $150.

No refunds, credits or discounts will be issued for a no show, late arrival, early departure, personal injury/illness, weather, travel delays, flight interruptions or schedule conflicts.

In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of REBOOT Wellness Camps due to political unrest, dangerous weather conditions, or low sign-ups, we will offer a transfer to another camp of equal value or issue a full refund of your purchase price. Please note that we cannot compensate you for airfare or travel costs, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your camp.

REBOOT Wellness Camps highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance and recommend the “cancel for any reason” option to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance.
