To get the most out of your REBOOT Wellness Camp, we encourage you to give yourself permission to leave your cell phones off and away. The goal for our retreats is to give you space to reconnect, refresh, reset, refocus and reboot and we know how distracting our phones can be.

REBOOT Wellness Camps involve movement, and coaching through physical activity. All fitness levels are welcomed to all REBOOT Wellness Camps. Should you not want to or cannot participate in some of the physical activities in your Camp, please notify the REBOOT team in your registration. Weather is not something our Experts can predict, there is no such thing as bad weather just bad clothing so please pack accordingly and be prepared for the elements.

Whether you are attending a one day, weekend or week long REBOOT Wellness Camp, we encourage you to come with an open mind and open heart to get the most out of your Camp. You may experience new adventures, new feelings or “aha moments” during your Camp, trust that the Camp Experts are there to support you.

Under no circumstances will anything that occurs during the Camp you attend be shared with anyone. If any photo’s are being taken during the Camp, REBOOT Wellness Camps will request your approval prior to publicly sharing the photo’s.

The REBOOT Wellness Camp Expert Team members are passionate about empowering women and helping women work through anything that arises in the Camp. Expect to be supported during your retreat.

Every REBOOT Wellness Camp is a unique experience, please look at the Camp description for exact details on what is included and not included in your retreat experience. No travel expenses are included in any of the REBOOT Wellness Camps. Weekend or week long retreats will have a specific check in and check out schedule, please refer to the Camp description for exact details.

If you do not want to participate in a planned activity or session during your camp, it’s OKAY! Remember this is your one day, weekend or week long retreat and we encourage you to do whatever fuels your soul. If that means taking a nap or relaxing please indulge.

You will receive communication from your REBOOT Wellness Camp team 6 weeks prior to your retreat via e-mail with packing lists, agenda’s, information on what to expect, weather updates and more. Please ensure you give REBOOT Wellness Camps your updated email address and contact information.

You will receive your REBOOT Wellness Camp itinerary within 6 weeks of your retreat.

If you are participating in a weekend or week long retreat and you want to book an activity on your own please feel free to do so. There is plenty of downtime scheduled, please reach out to info@rebootwellnesscamps.com for the best times to book offsite activities or excursions.

All our REBOOT Wellness Camp bookings and payments are processed through Eventbrite. Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

If you prefer to make a payment with e-transfer please email us directly at info@rebootwellnesscamps.com and we will set up that payment option up for you.

We require a 50% deposit at time of purchase to secure your spot at the camp. After making your payment you will receive a confirmation email specific to the camp you are attending. You will also receive an access code needed to make your final payment, the remaining 50%, at least 60 days prior to the camp date. If you do not make your final payment the cancelation policy will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation takes place more than 90 days prior to your camp date a refund of any payments minus your non-refundable portion of $150 will be made.

If cancellation takes place between 60-90 days prior to your camp date, the initial 50% deposit of the purchase price will be forfeited.

If cancellation takes place less than 60 days prior to your camp date, 100% of the purchase price will be forfeited.

**We get it, sometimes sh*t happens. One of our core values is people. If we are able to fill your spot we will gladly refund your purchase price minus your non-refundable portion of $150.

No refunds, credits or discounts will be issued for a no show, late arrival, early departure, personal injury/illness, weather, travel delays, flight interruptions or schedule conflicts.
